LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work and sell additional services. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, accurate data collection, and clear communication with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include presenting repair estimates, tracking repair orders, and ensuring quality workmanship while maintaining a professional appearance and high CSI ratings.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years or more of dealer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and gather customer and vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; obtain customer approval when needed.
• Follow up on progress of each repair order and communicate changes to customers.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and address any questions.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain clean work and customer areas and ensure quality control to reduce comebacks.
