LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work and sell additional services. You will greet customers, gather data, and provide repair estimates while maintaining CSI and ensuring accurate repair orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in automotive service or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain approvals when needed.
• Explain repair instructions and main reasons for service.
• Follow up progress of each repair order and update customers.
• Handle inquiries about work in process and appointments.
• Ensure work areas and waiting areas are kept clean.
• Establish and maintain relationships for repeat and referral business.
