Lafontaine Buick GMC, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work, upsell additional services, and maintain excellent customer relations in a busy dealership service department.

The role requires precise data collection, clear communication, and the ability to explain repair needs and costs. You will work to keep customers informed and ensure a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle data and explain repair instructions clearly.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain payment approval.
• Follow up progress of each repair order and inform customers of changes.
