Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to learn all branch operations and assist the Branch Operations Manager in directing day-to-day activities at the Clarkston, GA location.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, training, budgeting, and hands-on warehouse duties, including delivering and receiving orders. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Be available to open/close the warehouse Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Have a valid driver's license for driving a company vehicle.
• Proficient in Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization.
• Able to support staffing needs and learning multiple department functions.
• Willing to learn new skills and branching operations aspects.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, assume day-to-day branch operations.
• Follow safety and security procedures and model compliance for the team.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a customer-service mindset in all interactions.
• Assist in learning all Branch Management functions, including operations, staffing, training, and budgeting.
• Operate company vehicles to deliver orders or pick up returns safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
