Job summary

Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the branch's direction, asset management, and overall performance in a dynamic market.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and customer service focus, with responsibilities spanning safety, staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing warehouse operations and staff.
• Experience with cash handling and daily financial controls.
• Fluent in reading/writing English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training new team members; conducting performance appraisals, team member counseling and disciplinary actions, addressing complaints and resolving problems when possible.
• Communicates regularly with the Regional Operations Manager, and Human Resources when needed.
• Instills and maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members.
• Prepares and submits annual operational budget for approval and develops plans for the efficient use of resources.
• Participates in planning personnel safety, ensures safety procedures are followed and makes recommendations regarding safety issues.
• Coordinates with customers and Branch management team to evaluate, promote and provide improved and expanded services in the area.
• Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner. Other duties may be assigned.
