Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, seeks a Branch Operations Manager responsible for directing the Branch, budgeting, safety and service improvements. You will hire, train and coach staff, ensuring strong customer service and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and the ability to coordinate with regional and HR teams. This on-site position offers growth within a stable, established company with a robust benefits package.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Eligible to work in the country in which you are applying for
• Be available to open and close the warehouse, Mon–Fri, and Saturdays (as needed)
• Must meet all applicable driver license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle to perform delivery duties.
• Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability of working effectively with others.
• Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Proficient in basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong prioritization skills.
• Supervisory and time management skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Extremely organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Understands staffing requirements.
• Broad understanding of multiple department functions.
• Have excellent multitasking ability.
• Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment.
• Demonstrated self-starter and motivated individual.
• Ability to challenge upwards – respectful pushback.
• Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all aspects of the Branch operations.
• Understanding of P&L.
• Willing to get powered equipment certification.

Responsabilidades

• Interviewing, hiring and training new team members; conducting performance appraisals, team member counseling and disciplinary actions, addressing complaints and resolving problems when possible.
• Communicates regularly with the Regional Operations Manager, and Human Resources when needed.
• Instills and maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members.
• Prepares and submits annual operational budget for approval and develops plans for the efficient use of resources.
• Participates in planning personnel safety, ensures safety procedures are followed and makes recommendations regarding safety issues.
• Coordinates with customers and Branch management team to evaluate, promote and provide improved and expanded services in the area.
• Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner. Other duties may be assigned.
