Job summary

Worldpac is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to learn and support all facets of branch operations. The role focuses on day-to-day leadership in a warehouse setting, ensuring safety, staff training, and excellent customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, fluent English, and the ability to work with Microsoft Office tools. You may assist in budgeting, staffing, and driving duties as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or related field.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently; able to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn all branch operations and drive a company vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, assume day-to-day branch activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and model best practices.
• Assist training and development of team members and apply learning daily.
• Maintain customer service excellence in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Support learning of branch management functions including staffing, budgeting and expense control.
• Deliver orders or collect returned merchandise using company vehicles where required.
