Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. seeks a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse activities. You will learn all branch functions, support staffing and training, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will coordinate with management to guarantee on-time deliveries, manage inventory, and comply with safety policies. A valid driver’s license, readiness to work varied hours, and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close the warehouse, Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Basic clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to read/write instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Learn all Branch Management functions including operations, staffing, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Support training and development for team members.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach.
• Communicate with management to ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returns.
