Job summary

Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in guiding daily warehouse operations.

This role emphasizes learning all Branch Management functions, enforcing safety, mentoring staff, delivering orders, managing inventory, and maintaining records, with a strong focus on leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse experience: at least 6 months.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Learn all Branch Management functions: operations, staffing, training, assets, expenses and budgeting.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliance for the team.
• Support training/development and apply to daily work.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach with the team.
• Report policy violations and safety concerns to management.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders, inventory and records are kept.
• Operate a company vehicle for deliveries or pickups when needed.
