Job summary

Worldpac is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager in Clarkston, GA. You will learn all branch operations and assist the Branch Operations Manager in directing day-to-day activities across the team.

This role requires at least 2 years of leadership in a warehouse setting, strong Microsoft Office skills, and fluency in English. You will handle operations, staffing, training, budgeting, and safety while upholding customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in a warehouse-related field
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Able to open and close the warehouse Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Meet state/province driver’s license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Understand staffing requirements and branch operations

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, assume day-to-day branch operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
• Support team training and development
• Maintain customer-service oriented approach for the team
• Assist with learning all Branch Management functions (operations, staffing, budgeting)
• Use vehicles to deliver orders or retrieve merchandise safely
• Other duties as assigned
