Job summary

Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse activities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to manage orders, inventory, and safety procedures.

The position involves working with management to ensure smooth operations, staff development, and adherence to company policies. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Able to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read/write detailed instructions and memos.
• Proficient in basic math.

Responsibilities

• Learn all functions of Branch Management including operations, staffing and budgeting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and act as role model.
• Support team training and development for daily work.
• Maintain customer-service oriented approach in all actions.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders, inventory, and records.
• Deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely.
