Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven sales lifecycle experience from lead gen to closing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a long sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients via internet, trade show lists, referrals and directories.
• Create accurate data in CRM for prospective clients including names, titles, phones and addresses.
• Cold call prospective clients.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients about the translation process, pricing, turnaround times, and competitors.
• Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled with attention to detail.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
• Develop strategies to grow share of customers and relationships in the territory.
