Job summary

• Proven sales lifecycle experience from lead generation through closing.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, directories and personal investigation.
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and other information.
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated spreadsheets.
• Cold call prospective clients.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
• Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process and TransPerfect’s rates and turnaround times.
• Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled with attention to detail and quality.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality and service.
• Research and understand industries that TransPerfect markets to and stay updated on industry leaders and current events.
• Perform other special projects or duties as required.
