Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research and referrals.
• Create spreadsheets of prospective client data.
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients.
• Cold call prospective clients.
• Improve current new business development strategy.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients regarding the translation process and pricing.
• Coordinate with production to ensure accurate delivery of jobs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
• Research industries TransPerfect markets to stay informed.
• Perform other duties as required.
