Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients using multiple sources.
• Create accurate client data spreadsheets.
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients.
• Cold call prospective clients to generate opportunities.
• Contribute to improving new business development strategies.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients about translation process, rates, and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure accurate project handling.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and quality.
• Research industries TransPerfect markets to stay informed.
• Perform special projects as required.
