Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and support existing clients. Responsibilities include researching prospects, building data spreadsheets, mailing campaigns, cold calling, and negotiating rates with clients.

You will liaise with production to ensure accurate, timely delivery and actively follow up to guarantee client satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience from lead generation to close.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and directories.
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data.
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated spreadsheets.
• Cold call prospective clients and negotiate rates and deadlines.
• Educate clients on the translation process, rates, and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure quality delivery and attention to detail.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
• Research industries TransPerfect markets to understand leaders and trends.
• Perform other special projects or duties as required.
