Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience with a focus on closing new workloads.
• Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users.
• Grow a current base of MongoDB customers through outbound prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services.
