Job summary

Adapt seeks a Growth Engineer to accelerate its marketing engine with faster, more technical, and measurable growth workflows. You will build web experiences, content systems, campaigns, and automation to turn an emerging category into qualified demand.

You will work across Marketing, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to connect growth work to engaged accounts, SQLs, pilots, and revenue, using frontier AI coding tools to redesign how growth is built and operated.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering, growth engineering, or technical growth experience.
• Strong full-stack TypeScript and React skills with evidence of shipping polished, high-performing web experiences.
• Experience building landing pages, campaigns, content systems, marketing automation, or other demand-generation infrastructure.
• Experience with analytics, attribution, event instrumentation, funnels, and structured experimentation.
• Growth judgment and the ability to connect technical work to qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Deep fluency with frontier AI coding and workflow tools, including judgment to use them for speed without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve web experiences, landing pages, and marketing surfaces to drive qualified demand.
• Create infrastructure for SEO, programmatic content, and distribution across channels.
• Turn marketing ideas into campaigns with pages, forms, enrichment, personalization, and follow-up workflows.
• Run measured experiments across traffic, engagement, and pipeline, and translate learnings into durable systems.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for research, content ops, targeting, and campaign execution.
• Instrument the journey from visitor to engaged lead, SQL, and revenue with clear definitions and reporting.
