Playad is seeking an early-career Growth Engineer to leverage AI to interview customers, analyze data, write copy, prototype experiences, and ship experiments across the entire customer journey. You may code, write copy, or work with customers, data, design, or automation; the focus is on turning problems into shipped growth.

You will identify gaps, design experiments, and move initiatives forward with a bias toward building, shipping, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Talk directly with customers to understand what they are trying to achieve and what they value.
• Turn conversations, product behavior, and funnel data into growth hypotheses.
• Design and run experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
• Build landing pages, onboarding flows, lifecycle campaigns, and AI-powered automations.
• Move from problem discovery to working solutions using AI.
• Define success metrics, measure results, and decide what to improve or scale.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering; turn experiments into repeatable systems.
