GC AI is hiring a Growth Engineer to scale a legal AI platform for in-house teams. You will blend engineering, data, and creativity to unlock new growth channels and accelerate adoption of our AI platform.

Work closely with the founding team to shape growth strategy and the technical systems that enable user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will own experimentation, dashboards, and automation across marketing channels.

Competenze

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
Experience in React and modern TypeScript.
Experience building marketing-focused features (SEO, conversion funnels, analytics).
Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA, Segment, Mixpanel).
Demonstrated track record of A/B testing and experimentation.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Track record of driving user growth through technical initiatives.
