Job summary

Ironact, Inc. is seeking a growth-focused marketer to build and operate our marketing system. You will own brand visibility in AI answer engines and run AI-orchestrated outreach, lifecycle automation, and partnerships to drive weekly experiments on our platform.

You will stitch Notion, Linear, Slack, and Claude into one automated system, shipping a quarter's worth of marketing in a week. If you ship first, you’re the candidate we want.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth or content marketing at a high-velocity B2B SaaS team.
• A portfolio of content you wrote yourself.
• AI-native mindset: replaced at least 3 marketing tools with prompts + automation.
• Quantitative: comfortable with SQL or BI tools; able to discuss funnel math.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Able to ship initiatives with minimal PM sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Own brand visibility in AI answer engines, with weekly metrics.
• Lead AI-orchestrated outreach, partnerships, and lifecycle automation.
• Design and run marketing experiments; measure, review, and ship wins.
• Integrate Notion, Linear, Slack, and Claude into a cohesive system to deliver marketing outputs weekly.
