Credit Genie is seeking a MarTech / Growth Engineer to join at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations. This hands-on role focuses on building the infrastructure that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across marketing data, attribution, lifecycle automation, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows.

You’ll write code, connect APIs, design data flows, automate workflows, implement tracking, and ship solutions that move the business faster

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth/MarTech engineering or a similar technical role.
• Strong TypeScript or Python and SQL skills.
• Experience building with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth tech stack powering acquisition, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.
• Design and maintain pipelines moving customer data and events across data/marketing ecosystems.
• Automate workflows across marketing, reporting, and experimentation.
• Prototype AI-native marketing capabilities and test new opportunties.
• Turn data into action by diagnosing funnels and measuring experiments.
