Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning a modern marketing motion end-to-end.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools to build content systems and campaigns.
• A portfolio of shipped work with measurable results.
• Comfortable with technology-company tools like Git, Jira, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own Four’s organic growth strategy end-to-end—from awareness to install to repeat purchase.
• Build and run the AI-powered content engine and content pipeline.
• Develop brand voice and social/community engagement across channels.
• Define and test growth experiments with a data-driven mindset.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Data teams to optimize ROAS.
