Formic is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to own the marketing tech stack, deploy AI-powered outreach, and scale multi‑channel campaigns for pipeline growth. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to build data‑driven systems, measure performance, and orchestrate campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.

The role requires 3+ years in Growth Marketing or GTM Engineering, hands‑on experience with marketing stacks, and comfort using Claude/OpenAI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Growth Marketing / GTM Engineering or similar technical role.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and integrating marketing technologies in a B2B setting.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, OpenAI or similar) to automate GTM workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset: design experiments, analyze results, and measure what matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack deployment, data flow, and reliability.
• Design and build AI-powered outreach systems and workflows.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to ideate multi‑channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.
• Ensure campaigns are trackable, measurable, and optimizable with proper attribution.
• Create dashboards and reports for pipeline metrics, ROI, CAC, and conversions.
• Identify GTM stack gaps and implement solutions.
• Evaluate new tools to accelerate lead generation and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales to stay on brand from concept to execution.
• Support A/B testing and translate results into actionable iterations.
• Maintain data quality across marketing and sales platforms.
• Act as internal SME on AI-driven GTM systems.
