Qualifications

• Proven full‑stack or frontend engineering background with user‑facing products.
• Experience analyzing data to drive product decisions.
• Experience in early‑stage startups or high‑ownership roles.
• Ability to design and interpret experiments with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product work across signup, onboarding, and conversion funnels.
• Ship growth features to improve activation and funnel performance.
• Design and run structured A/B tests and experiments end-to-end.
• Build analytics dashboards for key growth metrics.
• Develop automation tooling for personalized outreach at scale.
• Implement tracking and attribution to connect growth efforts to results.
• Collaborate across frontend and full‑stack systems and ship to a B2B user base.
