Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve Crestwood, Kirkwood, and Webster Groves branches.

You will act as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in revenue, through proactive outreach and consultative selling. You will develop relationships, manage pipelines, and coordinate with internal teams to drive growth while maintaining CRM discipline and compliant banking practices.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration and SAFÉ Act compliance with regulatory checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop relationships through outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with branches, centers of influence, and business line partners.
