Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a results-driven Service Sales professional to expand our existing building service offerings. You will prospect, qualify, propose and close owner-direct service opportunities, managing accounts across assigned territories and coordinating with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Travel to job sites within the region is expected as you build relationships, develop account plans, and drive renewal opportunities while contributing to annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 2+ years direct relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of service policies and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow service business by prospecting and developing new owner-direct customers.
• Sell new service maintenance agreements and truck-based service.
• Manage sales process from prospecting to close and proposals.
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop account plans and pursue renewal opportunities.
• Travel to job sites within assigned region.
