Southland Industries in California is seeking a Service Account Manager to grow our service business by developing owner-direct relationships with building owners and facility managers. You will sell service maintenance agreements and retrofit projects while coordinating with operations and technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage large accounts across a regional territory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct relevant experience.
• Knowledge of service policies, procedures, and capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
• Proven sales skills in prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing.

Responsabilidades

• Grow service business by prospecting in assigned market to develop owner-direct customers.
• Sell new service maintenance agreements and truck-based service and project work.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close and handling objections.
• Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast with operations.
