Qualifications

• Two-year relevant degree or equivalent training, such as trade-level training or industry experience.
• 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of service policies, procedures, and capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned customer accounts.
• Oversee the sales process, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Achieve annual sales plan within approved cost budgets.
