Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor in Peoria, IL to guide customers to the right vehicle and financing options while supporting dealership operations. You will engage customers, schedule appointments, and move leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a high-quality experience at every step.

You will also handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory management, and administrative tasks, while maintaining knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime Sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, manage inventory audits, and complete documentation and other administrative tasks.
