Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Louisiana to lead the restaurant team and drive exceptional customer service. You will hire and develop staff, set the training plan for new hires, and ensure strong team performance while managing scheduling and day-to-day operations to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers.
• Able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant operation and build a strong, positive team.
• Hire, develop and train employees; conduct new hire orientation.
• Schedule and deploy team effectively; manage performance issues.
• Oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans.
