Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in high-volume restaurant settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop people.
• Experience with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
