Pura Vida Miami Llc is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and optimize performance at our New York area location. You will oversee inventory, ordering, invoicing and scheduling while upholding food safety standards and customer service excellence.

The role requires 2+ years of management in hospitality, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and POS systems. Growth opportunities and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
• Advanced typing/basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate team to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Oversee inventory management, labor allocation, and financial analysis to optimize performance.
• Handle daily ordering and invoicing at the store level.
• Provide training and mentorship for staff across all restaurant stations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead staffing efforts including recruitment and retention initiatives.
