Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer needs and issues.
• Motivate staff to exceed expectations and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory, labor, and procedures.
