Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in hospitality/restaurant.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive communication across the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer needs and issues promptly.
• Motivate staff to exceed customer expectations with swift, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory, labor, and procedures.
