Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in hospitality/restaurant
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Local/municipal food handler certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive, clear communication across the team
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Motivate staff to exceed customer expectations with swift, friendly service
• Collaborate with General Manager on inventory, labor, and procedures
• Establish staffing plans to handle volume fluctuations
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Support supervisory functions including hiring, promotions, and coaching
• Schedule and supervise shifts to maintain smooth operations
• Direct staff on the floor and monitor expo for timely food delivery
