Pura Vida Miami is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Los Angeles location. You will oversee service, inventory, labor deployment, and training to ensure fast, friendly, and consistent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hospitality management, strong communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality/restaurant settings.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with customer service focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct team to exceed customer expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Oversee inventory, labor allocation, and use financial analysis to optimize performance.
• Handle daily store ordering and invoicing.
• Provide training and mentorship for staff and managers.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
• Organize schedules and supervise shifts to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain strong floor presence and address customer concerns promptly.
• Support recruitment, hiring, and talent retention initiatives.
