Pura Vida Miami is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager in Calabasas, CA to lead daily operations with focus on service excellence and efficiency. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure food safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of hospitality management, strong communication, and the ability to train and mentor team members across all stations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Advanced typing and familiarity with Excel and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service.
• Oversee inventory management, labor allocation, and use financial analysis to optimize restaurant performance.
• Handle daily ordering and invoicing at the store level.
• Provide training and mentorship for new employees and managers across all restaurant stations.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations.
• Lead by example in providing exemplary customer service and addressing customer concerns.
