Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, health-focused environment. You will motivate and direct the team, oversee inventory and labor, manage ordering and invoicing, and ensure exceptional customer service across all store stations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of hospitality management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality/restaurant
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Advanced typing and familiarity with POS systems

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service
• Oversee inventory management, labor allocation, and use financial analysis to optimize restaurant performance
• Handle daily ordering and invoicing at the store level
• Provide training and mentorship for new employees and managers across stations
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and addressing concerns
