Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in hospitality/restaurant settings.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant roles.
• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive, communicative team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Motivate and guide staff to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Collaborate with General Manager on inventory, staffing, and procedures.
• Plan staffing to cover volume fluctuations and scheduling.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support hiring, promotions, and performance coaching.
