Responsibilities

Grow branch by deepening relationships and acquiring new customers through sales and cross-selling.
Provide exceptional customer service aligned with bank mission and conduct financial needs assessments.
Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
Maintain cash drawer, handle teller equipment, vault teller duties, and cash management.
Promote online and mobile banking and comply with regulatory requirements.
