Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of business services in branch banking or completion of Valley Retail training.
• Strong customer service and cross-selling knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient with computers and bank software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission and engage customers professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to educate customers and cross-sell.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to establish trust and assess customer needs.
• Meet with customers to assess financial needs, open accounts, and discuss loans.
• Demonstrate and promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Ensure service quality, coach staff, and oversee sales referrals.
• Process transactions efficiently and balance cash drawer with tellers equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller managing currency orders and distribution to tellers.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant issues and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to code of conduct and bank policies.
