You will open new accounts, explain bank products, manage referrals, and maintain cash handling duties while delivering professional, solution-oriented support in a community-focused environment. This full-time role requires 40 hours plus Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service/retail sales experience with cash handling.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• FIS/IBS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the bank's mission, communicating professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers while cross-selling.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking and assist with referrals and coaching of staff.
• Perform teller duties with cash drawer balancing and safe currency handling.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives while ensuring compliance.
