Responsibilities

• Grow branch relationships and acquire new customers through sales and cross-selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Assist with online and mobile banking usage.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and operate teller equipment.
• Support CRA initiatives and community events.
