Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; and at least one year of experience in customer service, retail sales, and service with cash handling.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of FIS/IBS (Integrated Banking Solutions) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch relationships and acquire new clients through sales execution and cross-selling.
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and promote them to meet client needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products to customers.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to clients.
• Meet customers to assess financial needs and provide full-service support.
