Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of business services or branch banking experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, economics or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services helpful.
• Ability to educate customers and cross-sell products confidently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing relationships and acquire new customers through sales execution and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank’s mission.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to educate customers.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to build trust and identify financial needs.
• Meet with customers for financial needs assessments, open accounts, and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities and ensure service quality.
• Support sales referrals and coach staff when needed.
• Handle transactions efficiently with cash drawers and teller equipment.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
