Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution and lead management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities and ensure service quality.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and adhere to compliance requirements.
