Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum one year experience in customer service, retail sales and service with cash handling, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional cross-selling and service.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking products and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch relationships by deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones through sales and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission with professional and solution-oriented assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services and educate customers to cross-sell.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet customers to assess financial needs and provide full-service support.
• Assist management in coaching and mentoring staff.
