Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• High school diploma or GED required plus minimal one year in customer service or cash-handling roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by deepening existing relationships and acquiring new ones through sales execution and cross-selling.
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the bank's mission and professional standards.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to educate customers and cross-sell appropriately.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to build trust and identify customer needs.
• Meet with customers to conduct needs assessments, open accounts, and discuss loan products as needed.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities and ensure accurate transactions.
• Support sales referral processes and assist management in coaching branch staff.
• Manage cash drawer, teller equipment, and balance cash as required.
• Serve as Vault Teller, handling currency orders and distribution within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
