Valley Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to drive branch growth by deepening existing client relationships and acquiring new ones through sales execution, lead management, and proactive cross selling.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain broad knowledge of bank products, and educate clients on solutions while supporting online and mobile banking capabilities. Open new accounts and discuss loan options to meet customers' financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, economics or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking software such as FIS/IBS and branch operations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales and cross selling.
• Provide outstanding customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to build trust and understand client needs.
• Demonstrate and promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
